Gross Salary : 13512

+ ESI & PF    :  2200

+ OT+ Incenntive: 130 per hour. {[15000/- Somthing monthly] condition apply

Requierment For production Assembly Line 

• Assemble AC, refrigerator, and washing machine components as per standard operating procedures and production targets.

• Ensure correct fitment of compressors, condensers, motors, wiring harnesses, and control panels.

• Perform leak testing, gas charging, and functional testing as per quality standards.

• Follow safety guidelines while handling refrigerants, electrical parts, and heavy equipment.

• Conduct in-process quality checks to meet company and regulatory standards.

• Maintain required production output within takt time and minimize rework/rejections.

• Use hand tools, pneumatic tools, and assembly fixtures efficiently and safely.

• Report defects, material shortages, or process issues to supervisors promptly.

• Maintain 5S and cleanliness standards at the workstation.

• Record production data accurately in logs or manufacturing systems.
